I've been using prescription meds for many years & have never had the results I've had with these products. Customer service is pretty good with timely responses & feedback. My "purge" lasted a bit longer than predicted, but once I contacted customer service, my formula was re-evaluated & changed for the better. My skin looks & feels great with months of clear skin at a time. The occasional pimple still occurs, but nothing like before these products. I do hope they add the option to "skip a shipment". Since you only need a little of the product at a time, I find that I have more than I need.
