I took a look at the ingredients on the "anti-acne serum" and found that it's the exact same ingredients as pretty much everything else I can buy online, so decided to cancel my subscription. This company make it quite difficult to cancel your subscription. I had to email them to request to cancel and then they asked me why. When I told them I took a look at their ingredients for the anti-acne serum they told me that they can assure me that it's the highest quality or whatever. It's not. It's 2% salicylic acid, the exact same stuff you can get on Amazon for significantly less. The Night Cream and Day cream are exactly the same as everything else we can get online. Now, they want to charge me an extra $149.04 for a 3 month subscription telling me that it's worth $207. I can buy the same ingredients for between $10-$15 dollars each. An entire bottle of 2% Salicylic Acid for $10, sunscreen for $15, my normal moisturizer that I love and works better is $14. The only thing that I can't easily replace is the face wash that dries out my skin. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm very upset by this. Below is the email that they sent me back.
