I have had lot of redness and scarring from past acne all my life. I have also had acne breakouts for the last 12-13 years which I had gotten used to, because they would come and go. Earlier this year, my acne breakouts got so much worse. I tried several different products but none of them seemed to work. My husband recommended Y’OUR, since he had heard good things about it. The prices were reasonable, and the reviews seemed to be good, compared to other specialty products, so I decided to give it a try. I was skeptical at first, but a month after using the products, my acne cleared up! I was really happy with the results. When I started using my second shipment of products though, my acne came back, persistent and on a different part of my face. I contacted Customer service and received a reply from Hailee. Hailee has been wonderful, with prompt replies and detailed answers. She and the skin care experts looked at the pictures I sent, asked lots of questions to figure out what the problem was. They let me know that I was experiencing hormonal acne and recommended an adjusted formula. They are sending me the readjusted products for free, and have recommended using it for 2 months and keeping them updated regularly with pictures, so they can make sure the products work. I am hoping they will! More than the products themselves, I would give 5* just for the customer service. I have not experienced this level of care and customer service from any service before!
