I have seen reviews saying bad customer service or received no reply, but I have had 0 issues with reaching out even when asking for the littlest of things. Their replies are also not copy paste. They truly read and keep track of your progress. If you had concerns about your skin months ago, they will remember it.I tried Y'OUR on a whim since no matter how hard I tried to combine skincare products to get something to work nothing did. Finally I started with Y'OUR and within the first shipment my skin felt smoother and looked cleaner. A month or so in I had to make an adjustment where for a while I felt like I was breaking out more (I wasn't sure if due to time of year or more stress in my life or was I mixing skincare products I shouldn't be or was my skincare routine wrong or missing something) and their customer service actually gave me advice on my skincare routine, they adjusted my formula slightly, and even included a product in my next shipment to help and try out. Needless to say what they suggested ended up working and I've stuck with the new formula since.I'd like to share that I do not have severe acne, and am more of a combination type skin. I breakout occasionally - mostly due to weather/ time of year/ stress but these products have kept my skin feeling healthier and breakout free!Even with all this high praise, recently I was about to cancel my membership due to financial reasons and their customer service worked with me on making my payments more affordable. I'm happy to say I accepted the lifetime discount and will continue to be using Y'OUR products for the foreseeable future.
