This company has no telephone number, refuses to respond to emails for several days at a time while collecting your credit card and promising you a product that is customized. I accidentally submitted an order to this company believing they were a more accredited company. My mistake I wasn’t paying enough attention when I realized what I had done I am mediately tried contacting. No telephone only an email address that has any immediate response stating that it can take up to four days for them to respond to you. Giving them enough time to put together What they call a customized product. The questionnaire has several questions asking you if your skin is oily dryer combination. Not exactly customized by the time they responded to me 10 days later, they insisted that the product was so specially formulated, and already sent that they wouldn’t be able to refund. Remember, I contacted them immediately after submitting the order they made themselves unavailable for several days. This bought them just enough time to say that the product was already formulated and sent. When I said to them, I did not want the product and I hadn’t want it since the second I hit the submit button and wanted a refund in the email, they replied , how about you try it anyhow and if you like it, I’ll give it to you for 40% off the next two payments. Really!! What kind of company hides behind an email doesn’t have a telephone, or a means of communication to somebody who they’re asking hundreds of dollars from. They are a scam as far as I’m concerned do not give these people your credit card , they will provide you with no access to them whatsoever. I’ve been dealing with high-end skin care regimen for 20 years. This is the first time somebody that so much of themselves that they didn’t feel they need to be available to the customer. I promise you this will be a mistake by the way, it’s been two weeks and I’ve yet to see the product.
