Just bizarre

I've had very strange experiences with this company. First, as many reviews have stated, the price is misleading, but that's not really my gripe. The products are pretty good (but definitely not a three month supply) so it sucks the company is so shady.My first order didn't ship for a few weeks, and when it finally did, it wound up being routed and delivered to a totally different state. When I contacted them about this, they blamed me for using Apple Pay which they claimed "auto-fills the shipping address when checking out" and "This mistake was not on our part, and we should not be the only ones held accountable for the situation." However, they'll make an exception this one time and send me a replacement.Firstly, the Apple Pay explanation makes no sense to me because I filled out my shipping address manually, and that is the address stated on my account with the website and on my shipping confirmation email. I have never had anything like that happen when using Apple Pay, and there was no possible reason Apple would have an address on file for me in Brooklyn at any point in time. And when tracking my package, it told me oops your package wound up in the wrong state. It was never supposed to go anywhere in the state of NY.Finally I received it and I thought everything had been settled. A few weeks later, I wake up to six back to back identical emails from support saying somehow my package was sent to the wrong state again. The package I received weeks prior. I'm not sure how or why they thought this but they sent me one more "replacement". They seem very confused over there.This evening I receive a totally random email that my subscription had been successfully cancelled. Honestly after reading the hassle they've given so many people about cancelling, I'm just going to go with it and count myself lucky. But seriously what are they doing over there???????
