In July, I initially decided to proceed with their service, but within 24 hours I changed my mind as I felt the monthly payments over two years with their finance company, Omni Capital, would be too expensive. I contacted the team promptly and was referred to the cancellation department, who assured me that the matter would be resolved.I believed the cancellation had been processed, but I later discovered that monthly payments have continued to be taken since July, despite not receiving any products or using the service. When I queried this, I was advised that cancelling the ongoing transactions could negatively affect my credit rating, which I found very concerning, especially given that I cancelled within 24 hours of signing up.While I understand that administrative delays can happen, the ongoing charges and the lack of clear communication have been disappointing. I hope Smile White reviews its cancellation process and communication with customers to ensure that issues like this are handled more transparently and fairly in future.
