Driver was 20 mins late while lying to the dispatcher that he was already there - then the dispatcher gave us the wrong van # - didn't matter since neither driver was there.(First sorry if there was any confusion with the name as somehow the trustpilot must have a cookie on my system with someone elses name.My apologizes - I thought this was a request for a review for my pickup from Tides to the airport. It was this ride where the driver was 20 mins late and claiming he was sitting there for 20 mins when he clearly was not. We had resort personal monitoring and searching for the van when he finally pulled into the gate 20 mins late while claiming to you he was sitting there for 20 mins.
