I find the product effective, but it requires at least 3 months of use to see noticeable changes. My hair and nails have definitely improved, and my skin has shown some enhancement, though not significantly. The company provides a good variety of products. I have tried their collagen, electrolytes, magnesium, and vitamins. I do find their product a bit too sweet, and it would be great if that could be toned down. I would like to learn more about the ingredients used. Overall, I rate it an 8.
