I would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with Young and Earth.On 29 July 2025, they withdrew money from my bank account without authorization, despite my having cancelled my account over a month earlier. Even worse, their own correspondence admits the charge was a mistake—yet they have still failed to refund my money.Under Swiss law, they are required to return these funds immediately, but they have ignored multiple messages and deadlines. They stated that they would refund money once they receive product and sent a fed ex label to send product back. First off it was their mistake and should have refunded money immediately. Also problem with Fed Ex is that it is a half hour from my home. I even offered to make the mistakenly sent product available for collection or drop it at a nearby location at no cost to them. They never responded.This is not just poor customer service—it’s unethical and unlawful. Any company that takes money without permission, admits the error, and then refuses to refund it is not one you should trust with your personal details or payment information.I will never purchase from Young and Earth again and will be filing formal complaints with Swiss and EU consumer protection authorities. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this company.
