I left a scathing review about this company because I got zero customer service from them. I immediately wrote to YouthRite and told them exactly what I said in my review on this site. I promised them that if they did right by me, I would go back to Trust Pilot with a re-evaluation. They IMMEDIATELY sent me notification that my full cost would be refunded. This tells me two things. Trust Pilot has clout. And Youthrite, like anyone else, hates bad publicity. Though it took six months (and I have not yet seen the credit in my bank but they warned it would take some time) YouthRite DID honor their money back guarantee. Thus I have upped my one star to three.
