I saw an ad for a really great shirt and wanted it for a Christmas gift. When it arrived it was not as advertised, terrible quality. I contacted the company with my complaint and after sending pictures to prove the unacceptable condition of the shirt, they offered to send a replacement. Yayyy! It didn’t arrive in time for Christmas and I’m STILL WAITING!!!! It’s now mid February. I’ve emailed Customer Service several times and they keep saying be patient but I think I have been as patient as I can. Meanwhile I’m stuck with a $40 rag. Not happy, do NOT recommend.
