To begin with, I had absolutely no issues with YoyBuy. They were efficient (even if their emails got lost in my inbox. I.e, the emails saying stuff arrived in my warehouse), shipped things out quickly, and quoted prices well. Then, suddenly, they started to struggle to read numbers ("your ID on the parcel wasn't clear so we couldn't add it to your warehouse"). What? How can you struggle to read numbers? Not to mention that I had to chase it up myself, because I could see on TaoBao/Skymall that my parcels were delivered to the warehouse. Then, there is this whole kerfuffle of me trying to combine two parcels. CONVENIENTLY, they QUOTED the price by WEIGHT, and then quoted a NEW PRICE because measuring by VOLUME would cost more. So I agreed the new price, topped up my account with the amount they specified, and then they came running back the next morning asking me for literally two cents. I, personally, would be so incredibly embarrassed asking a customer to pay 51 cents, to top up an account for 2 cents. I don't know what has happened to YoyBuy, but I feel like Linda is leading the charge in ruining what used to be such a good service.
