I used them as a forwarding agent to consolidate purchases made in China to ship to America. The order was despatched in March and got returned and reshipped for no reason explained. The package only arrived in America in July but got returned to sender without notification. It's October now and the agent still hasn't received the returned package or offered any resolution. I not only lost the purchase but also the shipping fee.Responding to the reply, I have been initiating contacts with the CS since March, repeatedly, I was asked to wait.
