YPP is by far the worst agency I had to deal with in Leeds. The have falsely accused us of damaging the window and tried to take over £400 from our deposit. When we tried to resolve the issue with them, they withheld evidence and tried to negotiate the price for damage we didn't do. Thank god for deposit protection who saw they were full of it and ruled in our favour. Avoid. They will try to screw you over.
