I registered on ySense and everything seemed fine at first. But as soon as I tried to verify my phone number, I ran into a completely illogical issue — the system keeps rejecting my number claiming it's "prepaid," when in fact it's a postpaid number, and I know that for sure.I contacted customer support and received a shocking response: “We will get back to you within a month.” This is unacceptable. How can you block or limit a user’s ability to earn money due to your own system’s error, and then offer no immediate solution or real investigation?The platform’s support is slow and unresponsive, which completely contradicts the idea of a platform meant for earning and productivity. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will seriously consider quitting ySense and warning others from wasting their time on it.
