This company will hide behind forcing you to send in copies of government IDs and selfies, or they won't pay you. This was not the policy when I joined and I had several redemptions in the past with no issue. That is no longer the case, and don't kid yourself, they want this info to sell to other companies or fraudsters. If you have any money owing, get it out ASAP, and run from this company as fast as you can. At some point, they will take the money you are owed and not pay you. It's just a matter of when and how much you lose. No doubt they will submit a canned response here indicating how they would like to make things right. That is laughable. They have no ethics, and no concept of right or wrong.
