I have closed my account after 7 years. I asked the platform to change my email address (I would emphasize that 90% of companies now have such facilities on the platform or app for the customer to change their own email, phone number etc.). They sent me a link and demanded that I send my valid ID. I responded that I don’t put my ID online as it’s risky and they sent yet another demand, citing their user agreement. I would not recommend joining this platform. If you do, please use a firewall, antivirus and a VPN. (If they don’t allow that then don’t join) I have found malicious links amongst regular survey links. I will no longer participate in any of their platforms (parent company Prodedge) including YSense.
