Ysense customer service is responsive and helpful. WhennI initially joined, my account was locked when cashing out a large offer wall payout. This was resolved in a few days and my money received. Recently I had an issue where I could not cashout and this was also resolved quickly, despite it being the Christmas period. Now a big part of this is offer walls and I have had times where I have completed a partner offer and they simply don't pay out. I've opened tickets with the partner with all the vidence screenshotted and they still don't pay. I've yet to escalate to yeses but will update about that. So the unreliability of offer wall partners loses a star for me but customer service has been very helpful and that's always a big plus point for me
