Hi,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way Ysense has handled my recent participation in the SpinLand offer. On 18.06.2024, I followed all the necessary steps: I deposited £30 and wagered it across six different games as required by the offer. Despite my diligent efforts, it is now 06.08.2024, and the status of my offer still shows as "clicked." I have yet to receive any of the promised benefits.What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of response and support from Ysense. I have reached out multiple times, hoping for some resolution or at least an acknowledgment of my issue, but I have been met with silence. It is incredibly frustrating to see that my concerns are being ignored, especially when I am now out £30 with nothing to show for it.To add insult to injury, I have noticed that Torox has now changed the offer status to "clicked." This change is baffling and unacceptable, as it completely disregards the effort and money I invested based on the original terms of the offer. This feels like a blatant disregard for customer trust and satisfaction.I had hoped for a positive experience with Ysense, but this ordeal has proven otherwise. The platform's failure to address and resolve this issue is highly disappointing.
