I was not notified of the deactivation by mail or otherwise. When I gave feedback about any surveys that didn't work correctly or didn't work at all, I wasn't given an explanation of what was wrong with the surveys. I just received a reward for this survey, but nothing was explained to me, only an apology. It's kind of nice, but I still need to know if it's really a survey problem or if it's a problem with my account. Also, when I wanted to withdraw the reward/funds for taking surveys - my account was deactivated.
