I completed 2 offers on Ysense one for $20 and another for $55, I tried to log into my account a few days later and was told it was locked and I needed to contact support. I emailed support and was told I need to verify myself using some 3rd party software they use, I tried to do this and no matter how much I try it refuses to verify me, they accept my ID fine but when I need to do face verification, they refuse to validate it. I'm using a good camera in a well-lit room and have no issue verifying myself for my bank yet there is an issue for a company which needs to pay me? Just seems like a coincidence that the only way they will reply to you is if you can verify yourself and then whenever you try they refuse the verification, I've tried to tell them multiple times that the software they are using isn't suitable and doesn't work but I keep getting the generic response of we can't communicate with you until you can be verified to be the owner of the account.
