While it is the best site for surveys, their customer service is an absolute shame. My account has been deactivated while it still had money on it, so obviously - as I did not know why(after reviewing ToS, I believe I broke no rules) and there was no reason given - I took to their CS to resolve the issue.My question and follow-ups were completely ignored, only receiving copy-paste answers about "noncompliance with terms of service"(sic!). I would've loved to recommend this site as the best beermoney website out there, but really - you're better off going literally anywhere else to avoid being locked out of your funds for no reason. Don't waste your time, as it's clearly a gamble on whether you'll be able to even get your accumulated money. If you do decide to use it - cash out every single time you can.
