I give it one star because I can't give it "none". My account has been deactivated for no reason. I foolishly accumulated almost $350 dollars and now they tell me that because I broke the rules when I'm sure I didn't. I do not use VPN, I am a person who can verify his identity without problem. I am contacting customer service because I am desperate and surprised with what they did and I read here that several people with good accumulated had the same thing done. For me ySense took the easy way out to avoid paying. I am still hoping that they will reactivate my account so that I can collect my money because I have sent them enough proof that I am a trustworthy person.
