Terrible Customer Service Experience

I bought a bag last month and followed the washing instructions exactly, yet it shrunk significantly. The company claimed I had purchased a smaller version, which doesn't exist. They advised contacting a professional cleaner for a cotton bag, which is ridiculous. Their customer service was appalling and they refuse to take responsibility for a defective item. I do not recommend this brand due to their unacceptable behavior.
