Disappointing Service and Product Quality

I purchased a pair of loafers recently, and after minimal use, the emblem fell off. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to help unless I paid for repairs, which would take too long. The lack of care and accountability from the representative was shocking, especially for a luxury brand. I cannot justify purchasing from them again.
