Disappointing Service Experience

I am very let down by the service I received. After purchasing loafers, the emblem fell off shortly after. Customer service refused assistance unless I paid for repairs, which would take too long. The lack of empathy was unacceptable, and I cannot consider purchasing from this brand again.
