This is the worst bank I've dealt with. I've been trying to open an account for three weeks, and they keep asking for more documents despite my submission of several, including government-issued IDs. I made a deposit, but they haven't acknowledged it since the account is still not opened. The phone representatives give inconsistent information. If my account isn't opened today, I will request immediate closure and a full refund.
