I already wrote a review on google play store. My guess is this platform is a scam. My money got frozen and for more than one and a half months I have been talking and writing to the support, trying to resolve this. I answered all the questions multiple times and keep getting the same ones again. I provided all information that was asked and it still takes forever. Week for week I am getting new promises that the problem will be resolved shortly but I still cannot access my money. The support always says "I can understand how you feel bla bla" but does not help at all. If you are reading this thinking how bad can it be, trustpilot only has reviews of few unlucky people nobody writes reviews if it goes well, yes thats what I thought when reading the reviews here before opening my account. I wish I would have not opened this account. Social media Team will probably answer this review, but my guess is this is just to make the impression of caring. They do not really care I think, otherwise I would be provided with valid Information and my case would be handled. This is ongoing since the end of last year already... This is so crazy I cannot believe it.
