I have been shopping with Yumiyu Jewelry on line since July of 2023 and have never had any problem with any of the jewelry I've bought. I did send a necklace chain back once to have them make it longer, but other than that, there have been no issues. My jewelry box is loaded with many of their necklaces, bracelets and earrings ( much to my husband's dismay) heh heh Their pieces are mostly gold-filled which is what I prefer although they do have items that are all gold but they just aren't in my budget. The gold-filled items wear like crazy, they don't scratch, tarnish, or leave my skin green. I've definitely been happier with their jewelry than two famous on-line TV shopping programs who sell plated jewelry that makes green skin, tarnishes, and scratches so easily.
