Ordered a harness for a guide dog and a hands free leash. The clasp on the handle has a manufacturing defect and was not punched through correctly. As a result it does not close making it unusable. The customer service said as it was a custom product it could not be returned. The handsfree leash that was sent was a normal leash and completely different to the one pictured on the website and was not handsfree at all. The total order cost over $500 and it completely unusable and not fit for purpose. I have reached out several times for a resolution with no response. Very poor service. Also the I noticed the design of the harness is not suitable for any type of service dog especially a guide dog as it is not secure or ridged enough to provide the proper feedback to the handler. They should not be selling these products without the appropriate knowledge of the application.
