Placed a custom order for a service dog harness 9 weeks ago. No updates, no replies to any emails. Given it was for a service dog, their lack of communication is even worse.Seeing other reviews, I recommend canceling through your payment method if you're still waiting — even if they ship, they clearly don’t care about customers anymore. If there’s a problem with your order, they won’t fix it.Funny enough, I still get emails from them saying "it's been a while" and asking me to place a new order. Absolutely not recommended.
