I'm sorry I trusted YupCollars for my assistance dog's equipment. I ordered a harness over 1 ½ years ago. They sent the wrong model and said they would send a replacement when I pointed out the mistake. A few months later I had to contact them again because they hadn't sent me anything: "I'll send it to you right away".Well, I'm still waiting. They have stopped responding to my emails and ignored my attempts to contact them. Customer service seems to have disappeared. Still no harness, no answer, no apology. I'm disabled and I'm worried they could do this to other vulnerable customers. I have been extremely patient.I absolutely DO NOT recommend YupCollars to anyone! Especially if you're disabled.
