I placed an online order of about $400, which included several gifts. The parcel arrived damaged (a shaving foam had exploded, and some items were stained). After nearly three weeks of follow-ups — several of my emails were ignored — I only received a refund for the foam and replacements for the damaged pouches. For the rest (perfume boxes, gift box, serum), no solution was offered. I now have to find a way to offer these gifts in damaged condition, which is very disappointing for an order of this value.
