I had the worst experience with this company and honestly feel that they just do not want to deal with me because I am either Hispanic or disabled. This company accused me of fraud and tampering with the documents that I submitted to them. Even though the documents that I submitted are official bank/financial statements, award/benefit letters from the Federal Government and New York City government (Social Security Administration and New York City Employee's Retirement System, NYCERS) and so easily verifiable. After I complained to the Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Attorney General Office of New York and the Attorney General office of Pennsylvania, I finally received a response to my many emails to all of their departments and my many phone calls to them. In the email (from Stacey of Zable) they admitted and apologized for an internal error in their processing system after my approval but refused to assist me any further and instead told me to wait 30 to 90 days and repeat the same process, setting me up for failure once again. How hard is it to have an employee assist me, work with me and correct their mistake to ensure this doesn't happen to me again? Wouldn't that be good customer service? Especially after the ugly accusations. The response email from them is just a slap in the face, as if to say yes customer you did everything right, we accused you of being a fraudster and well too bad, try again some other time and we will decline you again.
