This company Zafira, and especially Joyce, was such a big help! I had lots of questions from the beginning when ordering this product. Joyce was so warm, patient, kind and helpful throughout the whole process. While I was not able to stay on this product, as it gave me loose stools, Joyce was very gracious in making my return and refund process easy. Thank you once again to Joyce and Zafira!
