They have sent me more than 7 wrong items in several orders for which i have complained. Then, they have sent the discount code as na apology, but then they cancelled it explaining it was by mistake that they give me voucher as an apology. And that they are sorry for the mistakes byt there is nothing they can do. They claim that they can not offer to send the correct item. I have been customer for more than 6 years and I can not understand this switch from being polite, sending some vouchera when they make mistake to this unprofessional behavour, such that you never know if you will get the item you order, or you will get: an apology for the wrong item.
