Worst service ever. I paid extra for expedited shipping because I was traveling for a month, and Zalando confirmed the package would arrive within two days. Two days later, I received a message saying that part of the order would now arrive in 1–2 weeks.I immediately emailed customer service to cancel that part of the order since I would be away, but they were completely unhelpful and refused to assist.Very disappointing experience. I will never buy from this website again. Not recommended at all.
