The Customer Service leaves a lot to wish for

The service normally works OK, albeit delivery has always been slow compared to competitors.However, if you have a question or require assistance, this is when they show their bad attitude. I have been in contact with customer service twice. Once about final payment as I had returned some items where I was told in a condescending tone that if I just paid by credit card I wouldn't have this issue, and the second time when my order was delayed and I asked to have it expedited or have the items that are available sent, the chat was closed whilst I was typing. Rude, condescending and very slow on a bad day. Slow but acceptable on a good day.
