Update as of 12.3.25: Still no refund, and do not expect one. Buyer Beware of this company. ----Unfortunately a tough and unnerving experience with this company. The pillow seemed like great quality (BlueDot) and it was purchased as a gift. The size and shape didn't go well at first glance, so I decided to return unused since she wouldn't use it. The first odd thing about my experience was how I received the order - in a box that was a secondhand keratin device. For a company with a professional website and glowing reviews this was the first red flag. If I was able to submit pictures I would attach to this review It's been weeks, and while customer service has been somewhat responsive, I still do not have a refund. The excuse is the warehouse is overwhelmed and they have not checked my return. After 3ish weeks this rings hollow and it's time for a review.
