Purchased 2 bras of the same size. One was clearly smaller than the other even though it was marked as the same size. It was too small and I asked for a replacement or refund. My request was ignored, offering me a 20% discount on my next purchase. I won’t be buying from them again and have rejected this. They are not worth risking buying from. Save your money and buy from someone in the uk.Following my poor review on Trustpilot, Zanzzea has reached out to replace the faulty item. I am grateful for them doing so, it’s just disappointing that they didn’t do this in the first place. I appreciate them trying to make amends.
