Used to be a good hosting provider, but recent changes to FTP have made it worse. When trying to upload files, you constantly get disconnects then error 530 claiming to have more than 5 active connections. This never used to happen until recently. Support is about as useful as a car without an engine. You explain the problem and rather than investigate, they ask for more information. The fact you pay for a service and get limited on it is quite frankly embarrassing, and they should hang their heads in shame for it. Pile of scamming imbeciles.
Slight ammendment, Any request for support is met with an AI response because they are too lazy to have a human respond to most issues unless requested. Issue still not resolved despite multiple tickets being raised
