First class service. On completing my order I immediately realised I had made a mistake with the delivery address which I wasn't able to change so I wrote to the customer services team who responded promptly to advise the order had already been processed and enquired if I could pick it which I wasn't given I had moved over 9 hours away. Understanding my mistake they offered to send a new order out to my correct address at no additional cost to myself despite being my initial mistake.
Not many companies from my experience would have managed this so proactively and professionally.
