I never received my parcel and have been reaching out to the chat service daily with no resolution. They make promises they don't keep. I was told I'd get a replacement, but I never got confirmation or the item itself—it was never processed. Days later, they said the replacement would be sent next-day, but then claimed it would take 2–4 days. Their website states guaranteed next-day delivery for Christmas if ordered by the 23rd, which is misleading. I was told I’d receive a refund within 5–10 working days, but they won't provide any proof. Given their repeated broken promises, I seriously doubt I’ll ever see my money or my item. Complete scam artists.
