Having read the previous reviews I must be the exception to the rule… I ordered my coat on late Tuesday evening, I got confirmation of the order Wednesday morning and dispatch by the evening of the same day, by end of play the following day the couriers had it at the delivery depot and it was delivered by Friday lunch time.. communication was good I got a quality coat and a very reasonable price and without any issue's. Based on my experience I would use them again… however I would have to run past my wife first.. I’ve got too many coats apparently!
