This is my second order with the company as the first order was too big. I sent back and used the exchange option but was told a refund had been sent as they didn't have the size I wanted, I checked the site and they did have my size in stock which was annoying, the cynic in me thinks they probably just said that so I had to buy at full price this time round (received 15% off the first order). I did receive the refund in a couple of days andI loved the coat so placed at full price anyway and received two days later with no issues. Despatch email and tracking number were both sent to me
