Zee5 customer support is the worst in the industry. They cut off my subscription and inspite of me sending them all the proof on the validity they are not doing anything. I paid for premium subscription. It's been a struggle and there is no customer service where you can talk to a live person. Updated on 16/02/26Following my earlier review I got a response the next day about my review from zee global and asked me to resubmit all the documents. I did send them but no response as yet. I am still standing on my ground that this company has the worst customer service. I wonder how many customers have lost their money this way. It clearly looks that they don't care. I'll leave at this for now and will update again if there is a "response" or "not"Update 25/02/26On ,23rd February Zeetv contacted me through email asking me to send all the documents. I sent it again and mentioned that these documents have been sent several times and this will be the last time I'll be sending.Next day 24th February '26 I got an email and they asked to log in to Zeetv account and it worked. I'm happy 😁
