THEY DON’T GO BY YOUR ATTACHED PRESCRIPTION!!!!! Human error isn’t accounted for. If your attached prescription says something different than anything you put in manually, get ready to have the wrong prescription. Why not trust the professional documentation provided rather than human error? And when this happens, they don’t make it right. I was told to pay money to send the glasses back and then pay a portion of the glasses that would be sent to me with the correct prescription. I’ve spent a lot of money on this company and they couldn’t even meet me halfway to make this situation right. I would caution on the safe side and just not take a chance on them. You’ll end up wasting your money.
