I purchased a Microsoft Office 2019 key through G2A, and unfortunately the key did not work.After contacting the seller, they replied with a generic message saying the key was fine and told me to activate by phone using an activation guide link. I followed their instructions, but the key still did not activate properly.When I asked for further assistance, they stopped replying completely. It has now been 10 days with no response and no resolution.Customer support is extremely disappointing. If there is an issue, they simply claim the key is working and refuse refunds without properly investigating.Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying software keys here if you expect real support when something goes wrong.
