I had ordered online and made the payment as well. It was an urgent order but they failed to deliver me on time and I had to get the purchase done on cash as well on the promise of getting the voucher back. But just today, even on marking the order to return they deliver it and even didn't bother to call me before delivering and my neighbour received it.
